SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. For frozen products, we only ship to West Malaysia and certain city areas in East Malaysia (refer to 6). Frozen orders are packed and shipped fresh daily to your shipping address by our delivery partner DD Express and other shipping partners within 1-7 working business days. For peak season may takes up longer time.

2. For KL areas, you may choose your preferred delivery day and time (day or time) and we will try our best to accommodate to you if possible.

3. Due to our short processing time, we will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed.

4. All orders will be processed on the next working day and expect delivery within 1-7 working business days. Kindly be sure to accept unknown calls as driver will contact you upon arrival.

5. It is advisable to inform the recipient whom will be receiving the goods as there will be reattempt delivery charge for rejection of receiving goods from recipient.

6. Due to frozen products handling, we currently deliver only to (based on the product location availability):

a) West Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Penang, Kedah, Pahang (only Raub, Bentong, Genting, Karak, Lanchang, Temerloh, Kuala Krau, Chenor, Maran, Kuantan). Island area is not available.

b) Sabah: Kota Kinabalu, Tawau. (Please refer to East Malaysia product description for product availability before order) 

c) Sarawak: Miri, Bintulu, Sibu, Kuching. (Please refer to East Malaysia product description for product availability before order)

7. For ambient products (normal temperature), delivery can be arranged to whole Malaysia.
